Within the frame of the call, SRNSFG and DAAD will jointly fund projects, which consider internships in German higher education institutes (HEIs) or research centres. Eligible applicants for the call are:

1. a) young scientists (postdocs.)
   (citizen of Georgia, who has achieved the doctoral degree at least 12 years prior to the call announcement)
   Internship duration: 4 -6 months
2. b) doctoral candidates
   Internship duration: 3 months
3. c) doctoral candidates of binational doctoral programmes

Internship duration: 6 months

 

Internship must be implemented within the timeframe of May 30 to November 30.

The call covers following scientific fields in accordance with DAAD classification:

1. a) Languages and cultural studies;
   b) Law, economics and social sciences;
   c) Mathematics and natural sciences;
   d) Medicine;
   e) Veterinary medicine, agricultural, forest and nutritional sciences, ecology;
   f) Engineering;
   g) Art, music and sport;

Projects must be submitted at DAAD electronic base. Recommendation letter (1 copy), covered in an envelope, must be submitted at DAAD Tbilisi Information Centre (Tbilisi, Zandukeli Street N16).

Following documents must be submitted at SRNSFG office:

1. a) Research project in Georgian;
   b) Project budget in Georgian (available in Georgian);
   გ) Statement of participation (available in Georgian).
