SRNSFG cooperation with European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR)

Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia (SRNSFG) is a Legal Entity of Public Law of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, which supports the development of Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) system in Georgia.

The annual membership fee ensures Georgian researchers’ participation in projects organized by international research centers such as CERN and JINR.

Cooperation provides an opportunity for leading Georgian scientists (physicists, engineers and technicians) to participate in international state-of-the-art research projects and deepen scientific-technical ties. The involvement of Georgian scientists in international projects of the abovementioned centers is possible by sharing of human resources, as well as by provision of access to Georgian scientists selected on a competitive basis for the necessary technology, equipment, materials and infrastructure.
