UNESCO - The Young Professionals Programme (YPP) 2018

SRNSFG disseminates information about the UNESCO Young Professionals Programme (YPP) 2018. The aim of the programme is to engage professional youth in UNESCO activities at the headquarters or regional bureaus of the organization worldwide.

According to the rules of the Human Resource Management Bureau, the country has the right to nominate maximum 15 candidates until 27 July 2018.   Candidates must have no more than 32 years old, speak English or French languages on an advanced level and hold minimum MA degree.

To participate in the programme, applicants should send the following documentation electronically to the e-mail address: unesco@mfa.gov.ge until June 29, 2018:

  • CV- in Georgian and English;
  • Motivation letter – in English or French (maximum 500 words describing the vision of the applicant with regards to his/her role and contribution to the organization).

Georgian National Commission for UNESCO will present the nominated candidates to the UNESCO head office and the final selection will be based on online interviews with the applicants.
