On September 20-21, 2016, The International Black Sea University with partner universities will organize the first international conference on ‘History, Art, Literature and Culture in Black Sea Region and South Caucasus (HALC -2016)’. The partner universities are Gori State University (Gori, Georgia), Canik Basari University (Samsun, Turkey), Samtskhe-Javakheti State University (Akhaltsikhe, Georgia) and Caucasus University (Baku, Azerbaijan). The conference will be organized under the framework of ‘International Festival of Science and Innovations’ scheduled by The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia on September 17-25, 2016.

Full text submission deadline: October 25 2016

The working languages for the conference are English, Georgian, Turkish and Russian.
