Rustaveli Foundation announces competition for creation of Georgian electronic dictionaries in 2010
The grant competition goal is to create/establish a base of Georgian electronic dictionaries, creation of general and special electronic dictionaries on the base of modern technological achievements.
Eligibility
The followings are eligible to apply for the Conference Grant Competition:
- Legal entities of public and private law (non-profit organizations) registered in Georgia;
- The citizens of Georgia - doctoral and masters students, those holding MA, PhD, or appropriate to them academic degrees.
Financing
- Annual budget of the project must not exceed 50 000 Gel, total budget of the project must not exceed 150 000 Gel.
- Duration of grant project should not exceed 36 months.
Financing is available with the following directions:
- Explanation dictionary for Georgian literary language;
- Special explanation dictionary (of history, philosophy, sociology, psychology and etc.);
- General and special translation dictionaries;
- Georgian language dialectic dictionaries;
- Georgian literature synonym dictionaries;
- Biographical dictionaries;
- Foreign words dictionaries.

The deadline for submitting the project proposals is June 25, 2010, 18:00 at the following address: Dimitri Uznadze Street №68, II floor, Tbilisi, 0102, Georgia
The competition results will be announced In September 2010.
Funding of the award winning proposals will start from October 2010.
