The aim of the competition: Competition aims to improve the quality of existing PhD programs and to develop new PhD programs in accordance with international standards which provides preparation of new scientific personnel in higher education institutions and scientific-research institutions based on existing scientific potential, through supporting interdisciplinary scientific cooperation and strengthening of international cooperation.

The target group of the competition: young scientists, PhD students, Georgian universities and academic and scientific personnel working there.

Duration:

The duration of the project for development of existing PhD education program is 3 years;

The duration of the project for the development of a new structured doctoral program is 4 years;
