The joint call 2018 of the French National Center for Scientific Research and Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia – International Programme for Scientific Cooperation (PICS)
Call abbreviation: CNRS PICS
Aim of the Call: to enhance and expand scientific cooperation opportunities between Georgia and France, to support Georgian scientists’ involvement in the joint research activities and promote their integration into the European scientific research area.
Project type: Institutional
Duration of the Project: 36 months
Major terms and conditions of the joint call: the major aim of the call is to submit the joint project proposal and experience between the Georgian and French scientists and at least one joint scientific publication.
Funding for each project to Georgian scientific team by the SRNSFG should not exceed 10 000 EUR (equivalent in GEL) per year.
Deadline for submitting joint proposals to CNRS electronic registration system is May 30, 2018 (Registration link).
As the French Principal Investigator submits the project proposal to the CNRS electronic system, Georgian PI should provide the research proposal submitted to the CNRS and its English translation on CD-R, in PDF format together with the supporting letter of commitment until June 15, 2018, 17:00 (Annex 2).
