SRNSFG disseminates information about the “Swedish Institute’s” Scholarship programme “Baltic Sea region Program/Visby program.

The programme provides scholarships for MA and PhD students as well as the fellowship programmes for post-doctoral students (up to a year) with different quotes per countries. Visby Programme for MA students aims at financing around 50 students from the Nordic and Baltic countries as well as Russian Federation and countries from the EaP region: Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan).

Calls for the 2019-2020 academic years will be available in February 2019 (see the link).

Scholarship includes the living costs, insurance, tuition fee and travel costs. It is noteworthy that applicants can apply for up to 4 eligible programmes from the list.  Applicant can submit four separate online scholarship applications.

It is noteworthy that 12-months Visby scholarship programmes are offered for the post-doctoral studies.
